Welcome to the territory of Wolf Sauce. By accessing this website (the “Territory”) or purchasing our products, you—the User—agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You represent that you are a member of the pack who has reached the age of maturity in your jurisdiction (at least 18 years old). If you do not agree to these terms, you are advised to retreat from the Territory immediately.

USER REGISTRATION:

To access certain features of the territory, you may be required to create an Account.
  • You are responsible for guarding your credentials. Any activity under your profile is your responsibility.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Wolf Sauce reserves the right to terminate accounts who violates the peace of others or engages in fraudulent behavior.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION & USE:

Our product is a catalyst.
  • Wolf Sauce is delivered in 20ml dropper bottles. This design is intentional. Our formula is too intense for a traditional pour.
  • Every bottle contains hundreds of Wolf Sauce droplets.
  • You acknowledge that this sauce is an extreme-heat product. It must be used one drop at a time. Misuse by pouring or reckless consumption is a violation of the intended experience.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS:

All transactions in the Territory are governed by the following:
  • Prices are displayed in Uganda Shillings (UGX). We reserve the right to adjust prices based on the rarity of our ingredients without prior notice.
  • We accept cash, major credit cards and secure digital wallets. By providing payment info, you authorize us to charge the total amount of your orders.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order. In the event of a cancellation, we will notify the email provided in your Account Profile.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

Due to the nature of our chili oils and food safety regulations:
  • We cannot accept returns on opened bottles. Once the seal is broken, the chili oil is yours.
  • If your dropper bottle arrives shattered or leaking, you must provide photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery to claim a replacement.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

The "Wolf Sauce" name, the "Howl at the Moon" tagline, the dropper bottle packaging design, and all visual/textual content on this site are the exclusive property of Wolf Sauce. You may not copy, reproduce, or "re-brand" our works as your own. Any unauthorized use of our marks will be met with legal action to protect the brand’s lineage.

SAFETY DISCLAIMER:

READ CAREFULLY: Wolf Sauce contains extreme concentrations of capsaicin.
  • By purchasing, you acknowledge the potential for physical discomfort, respiratory irritation, or skin burns if handled improperly.
  • Keep Wolf Sauce out of reach of children and animals. It is not a toy.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wolf Sauce and its affiliates from any injury or damage resulting from the consumption, handling, or contact with our products.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wolf Sauce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, "burned taste buds" or "voluntary heat-induced distress") arising from your use of the site or product. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

GOVERNING LAW:

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wolf Sauce is headquartered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the local courts of said jurisdiction.
